Jon Tormo joined SCAFCO in 1995 and is currently the Engineering Manager. He oversees the Engineering Department’s activities and he is responsible for the design and development of new products.

In 1982, Jon graduated Cum Laude from G. Araneta University in Metro-Manila, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering. He received his Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri Rolla in 1987.
Before joining the SCAFCO team, Jon worked for CSL Limited, Bioplasma Division in Melbourne, Australia where he held the titles of Project Scheduling Engineer and Engineering Services Support Controller. He also worked for Pasig Agricultural Development & Industrial Supply Corporation (PADISCOR), Philippines where he held titles of Assistant General Manager and Executive Vice-President and General Manager.

Under Jon’s direction, the Engineering Department creates quality drawings, bills of material, shipping lists, and installation/erection drawings.
